1. About Aspirantz

Aspirantz ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered practice tests and study tools for the NSW Selective High School Placement Test, NAPLAN, and related Australian school assessments. These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your use of our website at aspirantz.io and any associated services (the "Service").

By registering your interest, creating an account, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are completing this form on behalf of a child under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and handling of the child's personal information as described below.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspirantz excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantee is, where permitted, limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having the Service re-supplied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
