Who we are

What this notice covers

The demo and pilot request form on /india/pilot.html. Student data handled during a school pilot is covered by a separate written agreement with the school before the pilot starts.

What we collect

• Your name and role
• Your school's name, city and board, the classes you're interested in and the approximate number of students
• Your phone number and email address, and a preferred time for a call
• When you agreed to this notice, which version you agreed to, and the IP address the request came from

We do not ask for any information about students on this form.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange a demo, and discuss a pilot with your school. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who can see it

The Aspirantz team that arranges demos. Our web host stores the request and our email provider delivers the notification and your confirmation.

How long we keep it

For 24 months after we last contacted you, unless your school becomes a customer, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@aspirantz.io. Withdrawing consent stops us contacting you; it does not affect anything done before.

Grievances
